Your receptionist
Greeting, voice, personality, FAQs, and knowledge base are all editable in your portal under Settings. Changes sync to your live receptionist when you save.
Calls and leads
Every answered call and captured lead appears in your portal. If a call is missing, include the caller number and approximate time in your email.
Billing
Basic is $99/month with 100 minutes, Growth is $399/month with 1,000 minutes, and High Volume is $699/month with 2,500 minutes. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Invoices and payment methods live in the billing portal.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from your portal. Service stops immediately, your account data is retained for 30 days, and reactivating afterwards requires a new subscription.
Calls are handled by AI
Your receptionist is an AI voice agent. It can give incomplete or inaccurate answers, so review your greeting, FAQs, and knowledge base before going live. Where recording or AI disclosure is legally required, configure it in your portal settings.
